Busy Weekend

Our weekend started on Thursday with the Burning of the "H" for Hillcrest's homecoming. Samee danced Thurs and Fri at the game. Hillcrest lost in OT 17-20:(. Sam went to the dance on Sat with her boyfriend, Nick. They played flag football for their day activity then Sam came home to get ready. She looked gorgeous.

Lexee had a karate tourn on Sat. She was fierce!! She had to flag spar against a boy and ended up losing to him. She took 5th in Kata and 3rd in sparring. Way to go Lexee!!

Drill Team has begun and Samee has danced at the Hello Assembly and at a football game. Homecoming and the burning of the "H" is this weekend so there will be more photos to come. HD is looking good! I predict State again!

Hailee is officially a college girl. Grandma Reeder and I took her down to Santa Fe to get her settled. It was a long drive(appx. 13 hrs) but it was nice spending time with mom and Hailee. The dorm rooms were less than desirable but Hailee and her girlfriend, Britta didn't seem to mind. They were just excited to have their own place away from the parentals. Santa Fe is a cute little town and I'm excited to go back and see Hailee play soccer and maybe spend a little more time checking the place out, not just going from the Target to her dorm room. We have had a couple of boating trips this year. We went to Lake Powell in June and have been to Flaming Gorge 3 times. Lake Powell was nice because it was the last trip we went on before Hailee left for Santa Fe. The girls took friends(Jordan and Lindsey) and Troy came with his boys and Laurel and Jackson.
